Welcome to Wistanstow CE Primary School
I am delighted to welcome you to our website and to our school community.
Wistanstow is a warm and welcoming school where every child is known, valued and encouraged to do their best. We are proud of our caring and supportive environment, where children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
As a small school, we benefit from strong relationships between staff, pupils and families. Our children are enthusiastic learners who enjoy taking part in all aspects of school life, and our dedicated staff are committed to helping every child fulfil their potential, both in and beyond the classroom.
We are proud of our achievements across a wide range of areas and of the varied enrichment opportunities we offer. Through sport, outdoor learning, clubs, visits and wider experiences, children are encouraged to explore new interests, develop important life skills and make the most of every opportunity available to them.
Our school is at the heart of the local community, and we value the strong partnerships we have with families and local organisations. These relationships enrich our pupils’ experiences and contribute to the friendly, inclusive atmosphere that makes Wistanstow such a special place to learn and grow.
We hope our website gives you a glimpse of life at Wistanstow. If you are thinking of joining us, we would be pleased to welcome you to our school. Please get in touch with the school office to find out more. We look forward to meeting you.
